Sears - Don't Buy Online
Internet Purchase, PS3 - Complaint
SPOKANE, WASHINGTON -- I ordered PS3, + accessories for my son, who lives out of state. I found them for less on the Sears website, but it wouldn't let the transaction process, so I went to the store. I was able to purchase thru the store, and have it picked up from another store, in another state. 6 weeks later, and long after Christmas, I still did not have my product, and Sears is arguing with me about 'how' I purchased that from an outside source. Never mind that my credit card was run thru the electronics register at my local Sears for payment. I did finally receive my money back, or partially at least. It took days and days, and 7 times of going into the store, and I still did not receive my shipping fees back, nor did I receive any compensation for the hassle I had to go thru. I'm done with Sears. I have absolutely no use for this kind of negligence. Best buy had me handled in time for Christmas. My son went to his local store and picked up his Christmas presents about 1 hour after I put in the order. They get it. This will be posted on Sears reviews site.
