ROCHESTER NY, NEW YORK -- Called Customer Service for local site phone number and Chris (CS) REp treated me like I should know everything about Time Warner. He talked over me as I was asking a question and stated that Time Warner is only a mile down the road from me. Actaully he was wrong. I stated that I need a new router and that another CS representative stated that I have been a customer since 1983 and that TW would probably just give me one as long as I install it. Chris the last CS representative said that is not correct and everyone in his office would say the same thing. It will cost me $5 more each month. HELL they are racking me over the coals already and why would I give them $5 more per month for basic cable where all I get are advertisments and OLD movies. When I stated that maybe I need to look at an alternative cable company Chris said OK good luck. That was unbelievable that a CS representative would say that. TW CS needs lots more TRAINING on how to treat customers or someday they wouldn't have any.
