Usaa is going to the dumps!

SAN ANTNIO, TEXAS -- First off I've been with usaa for 10 years. Ive learn about speaking out against them. hey closed my account with no warning on pay day. I called and was told they would mail a check in 15 days to me. So 15 days worth of late fees and so on. The reason for the clouser inmho was because how they treated me on a insurance claim. I told everyone I knew about it seeking adavice, but they in turned cancel there insurance and banking with them. I dident ask them to do it. What would I look like trying to tell grown men and wemen what to do with their finances. The calimwas for my ford gt500 with water damage. Me not knowing about water damage in my insurance claus I tried to repair my car. I am ASE master mechanic. I got it running again but it went bad. I was told to call usaa and ask to see if I was coverd. They said yes 3 weeks later claim denined, nastygram in the mail saying all this madness about fraud. Yes fraud. They said I was trying to fraud them. Idon't se how I told them everything I did to the car after it was flooded. So when I told members of my vetran club they all jump ship. I learn that in a nasty e. mail from Usaa. Bascily telling me to stop telling how I felt about them. They tried to censor me, last I chek this is a free country I fought for it. But in any case they lost over 25 members in a span of a month and I guess their share holders dident like that. So to all who have great reviews on usaa don't talk bad about them or you will meet the same fate.
