Facebook/ Bubble Witch Saga - Not Getting What I Paid For Several Complaints Made

I must be old and out of touch because I have no idea what this OP is referring to. I suppose it is some kind of add-on to facebook?

I LOVE playing Bubble Witch saga...BUT, my complaint is, at the end of the game when you still have bubbles left, you get points for them. BUT, the cauldron shows one number but that's not the same amount of bubbles that come out for your points. Here's an example, I've been wrtiting them down but never found how to contact them about it.
Remember, this is at the end of the game, and are the bubbles left over. For example if the couldron shows 12 bubble left, only 7 are released, or it shows 7 left and only 3 are released, this happens every time. I once noticed I had 21 bubbles left and only about half of them were released and we get more scores on those bubbles and they cheat us out of them.
