Webster Bank Informative - Frozen Account?

WATERTOWN, CONNECTICUT -- Webster bank froze our account on my birthday weeked, saying that they have not received a signature card signed by me. I have signed 1 and mailed it to them, they sent me another letter about a month later saying they'll restrict our account if they don't receive the signature card. I signed one again, and this time had my husband take it to the local Webster branch. He did that, was told that I am all set. This (Saturday) afternoon I received a letter saying that my account has been restricted. Since Webster doesn't have a 24 hour customer service, I can't call them and sort this out. We are doomed to spend the whole weekend with no money. The fridge is empty, we can't go out (yesterday was my birthday), my daughter has a friend over and we can't even get them a pizza. I will do all I can to make sure Webster bank pays for this, I don't know but I know the will.
