GILROY, CALIFORNIA -- Yes, we had the special "mattress-inspector" come to our home. After 4 years, we have two divots so large one could get lost in them at night. The divots were easily 1 1/2" -the legal amount for replacement...Of course the divots are WAY more than 1 1/2" when you lay down. BUT we supposedly do not have the proper support under the bed (what their box springs are not enough?). SO -WARRANTY VOID! We have a expensive solid wood bed frame with 4 slats under the box spring but apparently not quite in the right place. We paid 2000.00 for this bed. After reading the other forums I realized we could have negotiated that price down, but regardless of that we are very unhappy with our bed and will be searching for a new one again. We did receive decent service from the employees at the store, but I am so sad that we have no recourse with our dead mattress. I have multiple physical infirmities and I was hoping for some resolve in our favor.
Not shopping Sleep Train again...
