Mcdonalds - Management
HURON, OHIO -- My daughter went for a job interview on Wednesday, March 14. An African-American manager came out during the interview and said right in front of my daughter, We don't need her. This was my daughters first interview for a job ever. She is 15 1/2 years old. I have been in this business for 32 years, and that was a terrible way to welcome someone in to the working class. I think you need to train your management a little better on how to respect people and their feelings.
Because of this incident, I will be spending my money elsewhere. She really hurt her feelings, and that is not a good way to conduct business. I think you should screen your management better in the future. Thank you.
