Whirlpool Gold Refrigerators are faulty - do not buy
TORONTO -- I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator just over two tears ago and I had to replace the Jazz board twice. Whirlpool customer service did not care and just gave me the standard line that you are out of warranty. The repairs have almost surpassed the cost of the fridge. It is costing me an average of $ 400.00 per year to maintain this fridge. They have not issued a recall on the board nor do I expect them to. As long as the profits are up then screw the consumer. I can not see this strategy working long term. In the meanwhile I have to pay to keep my fridge working. DO NOT BUY A WHIRLPOOL GOLD APPLIANCE!
