PORTWASHINGTON, NEW YORK -- Unsatisfied with the service provided for my son's 16th birthday party. Prior to the day of my son's birthday party on the bus in Feb 2012. I had no complaints with Designer Limo Service. The day of the party met with the driver while my son and his quests were bording the bus with the adult supervision for the evening. He told me he's going to get pizza in the city. I said ok.. Explained to him the stops that would be covered for my son and his quests to take pictures. That evening the driving made only two stops for his own convenience. So now my son has no pictures with his friends at these sites in the city which was the high light of the evening. Tried several times to resolve this issue with the company but got the run around.

They told me they would pull the GPS tracking of the bus... When the tracking was pulled it was event the stops were not made. So now they said they would speak to the driver. Of coarse the driver tried to cover himself and lied that one of the adults supervising the kids told him not to. This is never happened. Informed them of that and of course they told me they would investigate some more.

This is as clear as a bell. I would not pay for something and then it would be altered.. It's clear the driver is a liar and he's trying to protect his job....I would not recommend this company because customer service is everything and Designer Limo doesn't value their paying customers because if they did this matter would've been handled better.

Did you pay for the service? If they didn't deliver what was agreed upon (and it sounds like the GPS confirmed it), then no payment should have been made. You mentioned that the company was investigating it. Have they come to any conclusions yet? Was there a written contract? If the adult supervising the youngsters did indeed tell the driver not to make the stops, what reasons did that adult (who then would be responsible for the lack of stops-not the driver) give for that?

If there were multiple adults on the trip, would not one of them have questioned the limo driver during the trip as to why he didn't make stops for the kids to get out and visit, take pictures, etc? How many people on the trip other than the driver were aware of the itinerary?
