CALIFORNIA -- On March 8, I purchased a domain from Google Apps and got an order confirmation and the service one week after is still not set up and working properly and there is no reply or way of getting in contact with this company.

If you look at the bottom of the Google App homepage there are all kinds of contact listings. Here is a link to their Tech Support: http://support.google.com/a/bin/request.py?
