NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I bought hamburgers and fries with the drinks hamburgers had hair in the meat fries were so cold and not chewable like robbers and drinks were just water we didn't weat anything.

Did you alert them so they may be able to rectify this for you? Or at least so they could be aware to go back and check the patties so someone else may not eat a hairy burger.

This probably will not get posted but could this be wave 2 of the "I don't like their commercials"
