Reward 660 Complaint - they suck - credit card

SOUTH CAROLINA -- When we first got this so called "credit card" we were excited to start our credit this way but let me tell you they are aweful shouldent even be allowed to opperate.The custermer service sucks they said 300 dollar credit limit yeah right it was 50 bucks!! then they charge you twice in one month unbeleiveable never trust that an always read the fine print and if they are rude to you on the phone tell them to have a nice day cancel your card (they hate them selves anyway for being so damn ignorant) so please dont get a card from these people an if you already have one i will pray for you!!

yes!! they suck!!! i used to have their card and they basicly rip you off, have terrible customer service and i closed my account after filing with the BBB against them!

I RECEIVED THE CARD IN SEPTEMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING YOU MENTIONED IN YOUR REVIEW. BUT I WAS NOT CHARGED TWICE IN ONE MONTH. YES THEY CHARGED 250 AND I HAD 50 CREDIT. SO WHAT I DID, MADE A PAYMENT ONLINE $50.00 AND THE MONEY WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY. AND I'VE BEEN MAKING MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS SINCE THAT DAY ON WITH NO PROBLEMS. SORRY ABOUT YOU, BUT TRY ANOTHER CARD LIKE ORCHARD BANK THEY ARE GOOD, NO FEES AND MONTHLY PAYMENT IS VERY LOW.

If you read the application, it states that your opening credit amount will be $50. It tells you even before you sign up that $250 will go towards certain fees and activation. If you can't read the details they put right in the application, then there's no reason for you to have a credit card!

I have had this credit card for a year and I am rebuilding my credit. Everything has gone very well thus far. They put all the fee and charges on the terms and conditions when you applied for it. I am pretty happy about this card while i am reestablishing my credits. And I have made all my payment on time and not to spend over the credit limited. Don't forget to add finance chargge and monthly participation fee as part of your expense using the credit in order to maintain your balance well and make your payment on time.

I've had this card for about 2 years and have never had one problem. The few times I've had to call customer service (because of a merchant problem not Rewards 660) they've been prompt and helpful. The upfront fees were explained well and I'm quite happy with it.
