MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I called all the JCPenney stores in Miami, Florida and they all have the worst customer service. They either don't speak English or they don't feel like working. The worst store out of them is Dadeland Mall, the first time I called I got hang up on by an employee (male), next I called the person in jrs. said they weren't able to transfer me to different department, next I called the person didn't speak English and started speaking Spanish to me... I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH... the fourth time I was on hold for 20mins to see if they can find ONE SHIRT... Really??? Is it that hard. Then I called again to speak to the manager and I didn't get his name because I didn't under one and I wouldn't know how to spell it. Obviously something really wrong with that district. That is probably one of the reason JCP is going down because the people on top. They need to either replace the managers of the Miami stores because surely they have no control of their employees or the district manager because I'm sure they have to visit these stores and the way these employees treat customer is disgusting and appalling... I can't see myself shopping there anymore... GET IT TOGETHER JCP!!!!!!
