Charter.net - DON'T contract with them!

TV, Internet & phone service - Complaint

MIRA LOMA, CALIFORNIA -- They are in 'breach of contract'! They contracted to provide the above services to me & all I've gotten are headaches & frustration! TV picture & audio cuts out like a cell phone & picture freezes.(as long as overnight!) Very slow speed on computer & that too, flickers like a cell phone cut out! Now......the phone went dead & it's been 24 hours without a phone. I am waiting for the Tech to arrive, THIRD service call in a few weeks! I deeply, deeply regret leaving DishNetwork that I was with for 10 years & had no problems! Had AT&T for phone & no problems! I was trying to save money by 'bundling' all three services......big mistake!!

You can file official complaints at: http://www.dca.ca.gov/consumer/complaints.shtml http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml After that, you can also contact Charter via umatter2charter@charter.com (assuming that it's still active).
