Canadianpharmacymeds - Bad service and send two scripts intead of one

prescription drugs

Don't order from this company. They are cheap yes. Terrible customer service. Double billed my credit card for the same med but claim they had two different scripts. When I opened an account they hounded me to send the script. I faxed the script along with a drivers license copy but they lost it. They claimed I opened two accounts when in reality their representative opened one for me. They called doc and got another script and filled it under two different accounts so they could double bill me. They won't send me any documentation. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have the meds. BIG RIPOFF. I told them to delete my credit card from their database and they won't. Who knows where my license info went, luckily I have a freeze on my credit. Didn't do proper homework before I got involved with these losers.

I prefer to do business with my local pharmacy. I may pay more, but if there is a problem I can still talk to a live human and actually get the difficulty corrected. Thank you for your review and warning. It's appreciated.

I'm with Alain, I use a small pharmacy also, not one of the big boxes like Walgreens or CVS.
