Brecks - Not happy with order

GUILFORD, INDIANA -- I ordered aspecial from brecks last year for 6 iris. The order came to late. I planted the bulbs as soon as I got them but they did not have time to root in. I have only two that made it through the winter. The ones that did not make it are #70996 earl,84763 champagne elegence,82955 magical encounter,71000 mother earth. the one that made it is very strong and doing good the other one is really struggling but think it might be okay if it can just get started. Please either replace this order or refund my money. I you replace please send no later than the first of September
