Haven't been with Sprint for a few months now and am so relieved to be free from the headache of dealing with them!! Why I stayed with them for 8 years I don't know! It is so nice to not have to constantly check my online account and discover erroneous overage charges! Or have to call their customer disservice to try to explain to them that their "free" nights+weekends or mobile-to-mobile is well..really supposed to be FREE!
Just found out that they may be forced into bankruptcy...hmmm...wonder if their karma is catching up to them...
