Brother Typewriter ML100 - Complaint

Purchased a Brother ML100 typewriter in 2007 for very light typing use. Have had this machine repaired 3 times because it would not print what you were typing and now need repair again. It just won't type. Turns on and when I try to type it won't work. Have contacted Brother numerous times and all they do is give you some stupid (yes I said stupid) functions to perform that never works and then they say to take it to a repair shop.

Never in my life have I seen such a poor quality of machinery and a company who will not acknowledge that it is a "lemon".
