Church's Chicken - Honey BBQ boneless chicken done right!

For those of you not familiar with my previous review on Church's Chicken, please refer to www.my3cents.com/showReview.cgi?id=111170 and it should help explain this review.
I stopped at Church's Chicken yesterday after work. I went inside the lobby to use my "Be My Guest" cards, courtesy of Carol. Since the voucher cards weren't for the product that originated these reviews, I decided to add that to my order...just to see if anything was done about it. Since I was inside the lobby, I was actually able to watch them make the Honey BBQ Boneless Wings this time around.
I can now see why and how they were made the way they were the first time. They have a giant squirt bottle sitting next to the prepping station. They take the squirt bottle and add it to a mixing container w/ lid. They then shake & toss the chicken inside the container, evenly distributing the sauce. I have a feeling the time before, that they just grabbed the squirt bottle and gave it a few quick squeezes over the top of the chicken. But not this time...instead, they came out looking and tasting great!
Now, just to make sure my visit wasn't influenced or tarnished in any way by the fact that I was using the voucher cards, and thus tipping the employees off that something was amiss...I decided to use their drive thru today, during a different shift. I could see them through the window using the same procedure again today, shaking and all, and I once again received great looking and tasting Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken!
I wanted to thank Carol for following through and making sure this location was following protocol. She asked for the chance to make it up to me, and hopefully regain my business. JOB WELL DONE CAROL! You are an example to how all businesses should be ran. Thank you!
