Advertised Heated Pool - Complaint

PHEONIX, ARIZONA -- Advertised a heated pool and said it would be fixed as soon as they could. Was there 5 days and still wasn't fixed. Also told that it was broken before we got there and that the guy had been working on it all week. If he couldn't fix it with in a day they sould have called in a pool guy to do it.

I took my gradkids with me meaning no pool then I had to listen to them scream about it all the time we were there. Night manager said she would talk to the manager about a reduced rate and when we talked to her she said she wouldn't do it, that it wasn't a good enough reason to do it.

Also try to change up your continental breakfast same thing every day. Try something different once in a while. I like choice but may be forced to try someone else. Seems like its only with Quality Suites that I have this problem. Stayed at Comfort Suites with no problems.

This may be a dumb question, but why would you need a heated pool in Phoenix, Arizona? Were you able to use the pool unheated?

Venice - it is 49 degrees in Phoenix at 6:45am, so it obviously gets chilly at night. It is in the 80's during the day. I am assuming that in the mornings the pool would be quite cold, and possibly late in the evening.

I scraped ice off my windshield yesterday morning. Yeah, it gets cold here at night

I was assuming the pool was not open at night, and that kids wouldn't be in a pool at 6:45 a.m. It's so warm here in New York that I figured a heated pool wouldn't be necessary in Phoenix. But as I said, maybe it was a dumb question.

That is true, but the temp at 6:45am isn't the entire point...

If it is 49 degrees at 6:45am, at what time of the morning or afternoon will the water temperature be comfortable? I don't know the answer, but my guess is at least noontime.

It isn't a dumb question.

The past few days were cold here. It was in the 50's on Sunday and Monday and in the 60's yesterday. If the OP was here this weekend, I can see why they were upset that the pool wasn't heated. It's supposed to finally warm up today

I'll switch places with you, yaya. It's too warm here!

It's too cold here! I leave for work at 4:45 am and I'm freezing even with my heater on full blast.
