2005 Nissan - Complaint
ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- They are still doing their customers wrong..
I bought a car finance it thru americredit/ and now recently paid it in full. Well I made a check from my bank acct. and GM send the title of my vehicle to my bank, REALLY??? I have been trying for nearly 2 months to get my title and now recently had to GE my bank to contact them with me on the line and say "look we had nothing to do with this transaction give her the title" GM response "oh No, we would need a letter of release from you" a bank that never ever had anything to do with the vehicle. So my bank had to generate a letter of release of lein on a vehicle it never hold a lein on. Now I have to move they won't Fedex me the release of title which basically says hey we lost your title. They want me to pay for it when it was their mistake in the first place. I offer to go pick it up and the response I got from the mngr of the finance dpt. was that "the office are only for corporate not for customers". So according to what I was told means that they don't do business face to face with their customers only on emails, letters, and phone WTH. I am never dealing with this ppl again next car I buy I am so going thru USAA way better financial institution.
