Big lots - Nice Clean Store

SHERMAN, TEXAS -- Purchased a mattress and it had a bad smell to it. The store was was friendly and helpful in taking it back and making everything right for me.
The manager followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the exchange.
Great place to shop and friendly helpful employees.

Our Big Lots has always given us pretty good service, too.
