Apple - Express support

CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA -- My new ipad is 2 days old and I'm feeling the heat apparently generated by the larger battery and faster processor. I contacted Apple on their express support which took 5 minutes and on the final page they said they have an opening where they can call me at a specific time and on the dot the phone rang and dummy me, I expected a live contact but naturally I was wrong and got a robot who kept telling me to keep holding until ahuman was free. More than 5 minutes passed (at 18 cents per minute) and I hung up when the robot came back to tell me to keep holding.
I find something wrong with this scenario.
