Gevalia - Getting Coffee for over 12 years all of a sudden it stop.
Coffee Shipment - Complaint
MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, MARYLAND -- I placed a call to the company around 4:50pm on 21 March 2012 to find out way wasn't it coming to me. No one has an answer. However, I was told that "you can start over Ms. Robinson". "We are running a Promotion" "Because, we are going green, and we don't have a credit card on file for you". "You can get the same coffee at a promotional price for $9.95. I believe that was the price she gave me along with a Stainless Steal Coffee Pot.
Can you explain to me why is someone took it upon themselves to cancel my coffee shipment since they don't have my credit card on file? From the way it was explained to me, it sounded like you guys are not sending out paper billing so, we had to cancel you. My last bill in September, did not state; this is you last order Ms. Robinson unless we get a credit card number for our file.
I explained to her that I did not want a coffee pot. I have one I told her. I need to know who authorize my cancellation. This is unauthorized cancellation by the company Gevalia. It shows disrespect to me who has been a member for over ten years. I do not owe the company any money and I always paid my bill to the Gevalia company
