Rewards660 Complaint - Poor Customer Service
I have had this card a few months and have not been late on my payment at all but this company calls me every day to ask about my payment. This month, I mailed my payment and they insisted I make another payment by phone. When I refused, they became rude and snapped at me. I sopke with a supervisor who was just as rude to me, he continously interrupted me and spoke over me. The problem was never addressed and has not been resolved. I got the impression they didn't want to resolve it, they only intended to harrass me about a payment I had already made. In closing, beware of this company, they are not concerned with their customers at all and flat refuse to attempt to resolve issues you may have with them.
