MONROEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Dates of stay: Feb 26, 2012 - Feb 27, 2012

I was accosted by an employee “LORI” that was rude and crass. I complemented her on the Bag that she was delivering to guest room, and she proceeded to say ” It’s not enough that we give free coffee, free breakfast and snacks, I guess I have to LICK THE BUT OF OUR BEST GUESTS!!” I WAS SO APPALLED I COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK! Earlier that day, I had also been present when she was asked to assist the breakfast hostess due to a large morning crowd and she belittled and berated the hostess. There was no need to a co worker with such disrespect. The guest in the dining room, were all very uncomfortable with the scene that Lori caused.

I don't know if I would call this accosted, but that's not the point. Normally I would advise against getting involved in an issue like this, but because this employee did this multiple times in front of guests, I would have a quiet word with the hotel manager about the incidents.
