HIALEAH - LOCATED ON 67TH AVENUE, FLORIDA -- I will never go to the Chipotle that is located in Hialeah, Fl off on 67th avenue. I was treated horrible today!. I was next in line to be helped and I went ahead and told the guy my order, the server told me that he will be right with me as I thought he was done so I waited and I noticed that the guy behind me knew the server (as friends) so all of the sudden he went ahead and skipped (mind you he knew I was next) just to take care of his buddy. So I advised the manager he told me that it was a confusion (which is total baloney) the server knew I was next hello he told me that he will be right with me. I am not happy so I called Corporate and they have some Joe (area manager) call me and he tells me the video shows where it could have been the confusion I said no the server knew I was next and even the guy in front told me it was cleary that the server skipped me on purpose. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE AT THIS LOCATION ON 67TH I will never go there again the way I was treated. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS..And I will continue to make notes and advise other people NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT DUE TO THE EXPERIENCE I had..THERE IS NO EXCUSE. Those people at this restaurant didn't apologize at all!!!!
