TCI Networks - Horrible Customer Service

MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I did not have internet service for 6 days and my calls to this small internet service provider were always confrontational, condescending and never helpful. In fact when they did give any kind of info, they contradicted it on the next call. On one call the tech actually told me to shut up. On the 6th day without service one tech told me that my calls were harassing them and I was only one of many people out of service. The tech support people told me they are not customer service employees and didn't need to have good customer service skills???? When asking to talk to a manager or owner, I was told that the manager and owner would never talk to me --they do not talk to customers---WOW---read their internet advertisement and you would think they were providing world class customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY---I have had several other service-related issues with them and all they do when you call is make you more upset with a condescending attitude which seems to be pervasive throughout the company. Allen (the owner): You need to talk to your customers my friend. DO NOT USE THIS ISP YOU WILL BE SORRY.
