SOUTH CAROLINA -- I have seen 2 other complaints on this site. I will be brief, but can elaborate if someone wants more. I contracted with them for an abatement request to the IRS for penalties and interest I may owe the IRS related to a late filing. They have avoided doing anything specific, have told me they took actions that they did not take, generally unresponsive and never seem to be trying to work on my behalf. Completely frustrating experience - still ongoing. I would like to find out how to engage in any ongoing litigation against them if anyone knows.
