Sleep Inn Brooklyn Park, MN Complaint - What Happend To "Customer Service"
BROOKLYN PARK, MINNESOTA -- I book hotels for our company employees who travel frequently all around the USA. This is the first Hotel in which I have been spoken to so RUDELY and by the "Assistant Manager" - Chris Hove. I now know to never book at this Hotel or any other Choice Hotel brand: which includes Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality Main Stay Suites, Clarion, Sleep Inn, Econo Lodge or Rodeway Inn.
In booking through Expedia.com, which is a mistake I will never make again. I booked 3 rooms for 6 nights. The road crew finished up earlier than expected and checked out 3 days early. I spoke to a hotel employee the day before the early check out and was assured that we would not be charged for the nights not stayed. The following day I informed Expedia.com, who in turned called the The Sleep Inn Brooklyn Park, MN. The assistant manager, Chris Hove, quickly infomed Expedia that we would be charged for the full 6 nights no matter what. I called to clear up this confusion only to be be RUDELY told he did not care, he had a business to run. Well Chris Hove of "Sleep Inn Brooklyn Park" I will do my upmost best to inform anyone and everyone of the unprofessional service that we received from this establishment and by it's management. Needless to say we are spreading the word of the poor quality of customer service received from this establishment to all of our customers and clients in the Brooklyn Park, MN. In hopes that no one else has to deal with the insufferable ego of Mr Chris Hove.
