Quality Inn Clinton NC - Poor Customer Service

NORTH CAROLINA -- I have never been treated so poorly from a hotel chain in my professional career. From not opening the breakfast room to accommodate a team purchasing 11 rooms to blood on the towels. This is the worst Choice hotel that I have ever stayed in. The lights may be on but keep driving.

What are the details of a room being requested to be opened? Was this during hours it was supposed to be open? Were you hoping to have a meeting room provided, and if so was this an amenity that was advertised?

Dirty towels are not acceptable - was a request made to have it replaced, and was it granted? Was this a dried blood spot on one towel, or spatter as if someone suffered bodily injury just hours before you arrived?
