FLORIDA -- Ordered phone cover on February 14th, a few days later they sent me an email telling me my item was shipped with a link for tracking the shipment. When my credit card statement arrived with a charge from CELLPHONEMASTERSCOM 4073310546 FL, I went back to the email and clicked the link. The page had no shipping information and was basically blank - So I emailed Elite extreme and asked where the item was - I was told it was on "back order" and I should wait for 7-10 business days. Today was the end of the 7-10 so I called and spoke to "Jason" at Elite extreme, who told me that he'd cancel my order - I specified that I wanted an email confirmation sent - he said he would do so - confirmation was never sent - I am calling my credit card company and reversing the charges. If there was a zero star rating I'd use that - these guys are criminals.
update: Still no email confirmation, what a surprise... I called my credit card co, they are in the process of investigating Elite extreme/CELLPHONEMASTERSCOM. I was told that the company had one month from the time my account was billed to send me the merchandise. There were no notifications of a back order during this period of time.
