Feather River Doors - Terrible Customer Service

We purchased the privacy door at Home Depot. However, the privacy door is not meeting our needs. It is entirely too visible into the bathroom. We had emeailed the company to determine if it would be private enough and their response convinced us it would. We had even measured out to 8" as noted below prior to purchasing. We have had to purchase a frosting "wallpaper" for $52 from wallpaperforwindows.com to increase the privacy. We requested a credit from Feather River Doors and they will not respond to our emails. Horrible customer service and resulting in terrible online reviews.
