TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- I bought a 1996 Toyota from bob hurley ford. I have had the vehicle two week's and saw transmission fluid leeking and brought it to a shop. He found the transmissions isquiu cracked and was held together with a chain from a hardware store. I could have been badly injured and wish to return this vehicle and eq my money back or a reasonable trade.

Buyer beware mean anything to you? If the vehicle was used, and did NOT include a warranty, you are stuck with it. It's a used vehicle and should have been taken to a shop before you signed the dotted line. Sorry for this news.

If this vehicle was sold "As-Is" and given the age of the vehicle, I'm guessing that it likely was, you're probably going to be stuck with it. If the rest of the car is mechanically sound, you might want to see about getting a used/rebuilt transmission put into it.
