ILLINOIS -- So I took my son to the Burger King closest to my house and while waiting In line I noticed the cashier boy was very emotionless when asking questions. Not only did he not know what they had on their menu asking the cook if they had tacos but I couldn't help but notice the blue gum flapping around his mouth while he was asking the customer their order. As an assistant manager in the food industry I think thAt is so repulsive. Gum does not belong in your mouth behind the line. And if you feel the need to then at least close your mouth. Don't be smacking it around the whole time your taking my order and others. The employee had an attitude as tho he didn't care and didn't greet anybody. I sat across the restaurant wagging And wondering should I say something but his managers noticed and didn't do anything. Seems to me these workers need a positive energy class

I agree that he should've known what food they are selling, but for me, I couldn't care less how emotionless the person taking my order is. All that I ask is that they get the order correct and get the food to me in a reasonable amount of time. Sure having an upbeat attitude and a smile is nice, but for me, they aren't required or expected, just get me the correct food and I'm happy.
