Burger King - BK Survey
VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON -- Burger King is not the only one for this complaint, typical of these surveys, and my complaint is; I use the specific email address and get a suggestion sheet filled with pages of other sugestion sites. Trying to figure out which one is the actual site I want is frustrating to point that sometimes I just give up.
Complaint #2 Put the fine print on the receipt, the web site in big letters or posted at the stores. I tend to feel the individual store is just making up rules to deny me. Also the help always seems not to know of the coupon/receipt and mishandle it - embarrasssing, frustrating resulting in not wanting to ever return to those stores; exactly the opposite result of why you offer the coupons in the first place.
