Add me to the list....I received a shipment that I thought was my regular scheduled delivery for which my credit card is billed. I put the boxes in the cabinet and forgot about them. A few months later I get a bill for that shipment. I knew I had not ordered extra coffee and if I had, my credit card, that was on file, would have been used. I called and found their lines were down. I tried the web site but that was not working. As soon as I could, I cancelled my regular shipments because something was not right with this company. I got another bill and I wrote to them online and via the returned unpaid bill. I then called and finally got through. Apologies were in abundance and I was assured that all was taken care of. Today I got a call from a collection agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here the switch, the agent was exhausted from all of the heat she was taking from the FORMER Gevalia clients who were scammed just like me. Never again will I deal with these people. And they are going retail now???? I say BOYCOTT their product.

i joined the gevalia club about a year ago, got my free shipment and a couple more. I was never "scammed" b/c I knew how it worked and was veyr conscientious about informing them when i did not want a shipment to arrive. I was never billed for anything I wasnt supposed to get and never got anything I didnt ask for. I successfully did the same with Columbia House DVD Club GASP! Just takes some effort to manage your own account and never let the company do that for you :)
