AT&T - Every Month a Billing Problem

COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Another month of getting ready to argue with AT&T on billing. Worst thing we did was go with UVerse and ask for combined billing with our cells, which we've had for years with AT&T. Every month since late summer 2011 going UVerse another problem. One day on Feb I was transferred to 5 different representatives around the world. Our usual cell charges are under $100 and now we have a cell bill of $382.17. All I did was buy a new phone. Every month I spend way to much time on phone with them and think it's resolved until next bill.
They will NEVER EVER give anything in writing, just by phone. DO NOT combine billing. Even the AT&T store representative in Columbia, SC said don't as it's apparently 2 separate companies who never talk to each other. ARRRRRGGGGGHHH!
