Herbalife - Company refuses to give me my money back

I tried to sell for Herbalife but my computer would not open their documents including an contract that I was to sign and FAX back to them immediately. I returned their merchandise (3 boxes) unopened. They refuse to take $1,688 off of my charge account. I have the tracking information and they did receive their merchandise. I did not give them my charge number- That was given to them by my trainer. I believe I should get credit for this merchandise.
