NORTH CAROLINA -- Well I don't know where to start , first of all I will start with the call service, when you call about your acct. You will wait at least 30 mi. Then be treated rudely. Second is the contract, who has time to read a 2 page contract and if you did, you would have to have a law degree to understand it. Had a small co. We closed up due to the business climate. I needed to terminate this contract, called waited 30min was told by your representative that I needed to let the contract run its course at 30.00 A month well I let it go for 6 or 7 month my bookkeeper told me I needed to close all my accounts. So I proceed. I was told to close acct. I would need to pay the rest of the contract bal. Of 240.00 And get the equipment back to you or face another charge of 895.00 Or somewhere around that amt. I did everything you ask of me and was billed 295.00. Now to me that amounts to fraud. Will be sure if I am lucky enough to lease or sell my business I will not recommend this co. This co is a disgrace to all that is ethical in the business world.
