Hydroderm Complaint - Hydroderm
Complaint
As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
Sent for a trial for lip enhancer from hydroderm out of culver city,ca. it was a trial for 21 days. what they dont tell you is that the 21 days starts from the day they send the product. the product also left a rash around my mouth.
emailed them not to send anymore and not to take anything out of my bank account and they had already taken out two payments totaling about 70.00. i had to send the products back after i opened them, so i had to pay for shipping. they won't allow you to just refuse the shippment or send back return to sender. i don't have the product and my money has still not been returned.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I want my money put back in my checking account. no more auto shipping and they should allow their customers to return to sender instead of paying 8.00 to send back two boxes.
Please contact me if you need more details regarding this incident.

(LOL) Good question 'CrazyRed'. What is it about those two that have them so obsessed with their lips? I think that daughter needs a new mom.

I have very similiar complaint with this company. After the initial "free" shipment, they sent two more packages with 2 weeks of each other and charged my account. There is no way to use up an order in two weeks. I have not opened either of the last two shipments and intend to return them and request a refund.

This company is a ripoff! Hydroderm will get you everytime! They got me to the tune of $160.00!

Had similar bad experience. I did not receive my ordered products until nearly 2 weeks after I placed the order. When I tried to return the unused product, I was told I could only get "store credit" because I was one day beyond the 30 days return policy.
The so-called customer service was rude, non-customer focused, and barely spoke legible English.
I am sending complaints to the BBB, The FTC, and my state's Attorney General's office. I am also publicly posting my complaint everywhere I am able to do so.
This is a scamware company to be avoided at all cost.

Thank you very much for everyone for posting those reviews. I have decided to never buy any products from them . It is criminal what some companies get away with .

I ordered a free trial of hydroderm just a few days ago from a link a found on this website: freeskincare. Hope I don't run into the same problems when the product comes.
