Best Las Vegas Tours.com - They Are A Con
Las Vegas Helicopter Tour - Complaint
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I was conned out of $700 by Best Las Vegas Tours, don’t make the same mistake.
When I booked the web site stated that tour vouchers are emailed to you within 24 hours, it took several emails asking for the vouchers and 7 days to receive them.
I booked the VIP Grand Canyon Cowboy Adventure tour for my wife and I and expected to land at a cowboy ranch, have a BBQ meal, see some entertainment and fly over the Las Vegas strip. The tour should have lasted five hours. We received a bus trip to Boulder City, a flight to the Grand Canyon that landed in the middle of nowhere and a poor quality packed lunch, the actual trip lasted about an hour.
We did not know we were the wrong tour until it landed. I offered the booking voucher that I was sent at the book-in desk but they only wanted my name, we had no way of knowing that we were on a different tour to the one we had booked until we landed in the canyon. I saw this tour when looking to book but thought it poor value for money so rejected it. If I had known we were about to go on it at the heli-port I would have refused to go and asked for a refund.
We booked the cowboy adventure because it included flying over the Las Vegas Strip and time at the cowboy ranch both of which we missed out on. When I complained to Best Las Vegas Tours they offered $15 a head compensation which I rejected.
I think I’ve been conned and that the advertised tour that I paid for was never available. If I put one person off from booking it will be worth more than the $15 they offered.
