El pollo loco - Worst customer service.

LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- This happened at 5386 Cherry Ave. Long beach Ca. 90805. I came to buy their special offer for 12pc chicken legs and thigh. I ask if I could get mostly thigh and the cashier told me they don't do that I then told him that most store would let me so I insist that he at least ask his manager for it. He did ask his manager named Teisy and she said no they cant. I then said okay but with a frown on my face while I'm paying. During transaction, the manager said, okay we'll give you 8pc thigh and 4 pc legs. I got home and find out they gave me 6pc thigh and 4 legs. So it's not just that they did not get me what I want, they did not even complete my order. Sucks!

Time to try one of the other 80+ chicken places in the Long Beach area.
