Tmobile - Re-newed contract without my knowledge

DALLAS, TEXAS -- In October 2011 I called T-mobile if I could cancel one of my lines since no one's using it and they said I have to pay early cancellation of $200, I told them I don't that amount and I asked them if there is a way they can reduce my monthly bill due to hardship and they suggested to get the 1000 min. instead of the 1500 mins. and a cheaper data plan for the line that I am trying to cancel, the representative was talking too fast and with a different accent that I could hardly understand, by doing so I didn't realized that everything that she offered me would have an impact to my existing contract, in other words I was bound to renewing my 2 year contract after getting those deals "without my knowledge or further understanding" she DID NOT explained to me CLEARLY the details of that conversation, especially the automatic renewal of my contract. Now I wanted to cancel my contract with T-mobile but they said I will have to pay $200 for each 4 lines, this is suck, I wanted to move to another network which has a better deal, better service and better phone features.
