NORTH VANCOUVER, BC -- I live in the Bahmas and I ordered a part from this company they claim I order the wrong part. So I returned the part and paid to have the correct part delivered. I was again sent the wrong part. The second time however I examined the package before paying the duty charges. On examining the package I saw that they had sent me back the exact same part so I refused the package. Now the company has refused to correct their error. Additionally they now wish to charge me and additional amount for the refusal and advise me that I am not due any refund. Any advice or assistance you can lend in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dispute the charges on your credit card

clutzy is right on. Dispute the charges with your credit card company. If you paid by another form of payment I am not sure you would have any other recourse.
