Home Choice Household Warranty Plan - Phone Continues To Be Busy And Online No Response

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- We purchased two home warranties almost one yr ago. They expire in 7 days. We need them as one of our homes just had an issue arise. We have called them all day and we have filled out an online claim on their site two times, today. We have emailed the sales rep who orig sold these to us. We have emailed sales, info and even the parent co, iwsi. Called 411 as that tel doesn't even ring. 411 Operator has no listing at all for them. Did we blow $800.00 On two warranty's? Hope we can find them.

Keep at it and document everything -- your calls, your repairs, everything. Hopefully (my fingers are crossed) in the end you will be reimbursed for everything that fell within the warranty period -- so be sure to document everything! Keep the paper trail and copies of the paper trail!

You should also send a registered letter to them return receipt requested documenting everything you have done to contact them with the appropiate dates. This could prove to be invaluable at a later date.
