OKLAHOMA -- Bought a washer @ metro appliance A month ago Moter went bad. They Were NO help at all. Never a call back. When I ask what they were going to do they told me THEY COULDENT HELP ME!!! Will never buy NOTHING from these liars again!!

Have you considered contacting the manufacterer for a warranty repair, assuming of course the washer is still under warranty.
