Cold Robo Calls - Complaint

WILLCOX, ARIZONA -- We get phone calls DAILY AND SOMETIMES TWICE DAILY regarding getting listed at the top of Google listings. At the end of the recording, there is a prompt to press 2 or sometimes 9 to be taken off the call list. Upon pressing the required number, nothing happens. There is no response on the phone and we also do NOT get removed from the call list. Today I pressed 1 to see what this scam was all about. When a human answered, I requested to speak to a supervisor. The person then said that she was the manager. Oh, what luck, the "manager" is taking calls and can barely speak English.
After repeating my request to be removed from this list I was told that this number had never requested to be removed. Oh, what a surprise!
