"DO Not Buy a Sleep Number Bed. POOR PRODUCT and POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT

FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I have had one 5 years, It never stays up, the salesperson lied to me and told me they would send out someone anytime it went wrong.. Not true. The sales person was very unpleasant. Also we were told that the parts were covered by 100% warranty, not true either. It is only 60% and probably this reduces as time passes.

I had one set of Experts come and replace the fittings and mattress once. It did still leak and now I am being asked to try to find the problem. They said if it still leaked it was because the neighbor has one and his remote was affecting my bed

Now the support staff are saying that could never be true.

3 LIES SO FAR AND COUNTING

It still leaked and all they are saying I Now have to try to troubleshoot, and they will only then send out the parts as we eliminate what might be wrong. If I know that I would have to mess with parts and trouble shooting I would never have bought the bed'

IN SUMMARY THE BED HAS NEVER HELD AIR ALL. STAFF ARE NOT VERY TRUTHFUL WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING THE PRODUCT AND IF THE EXPERTS CANNOT FIX THEY BLAME THE NEIGHBORS REMOTE CONTROL.
