WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- Ordered flowers and a gift from their website, giftblooms.com. Placed the order a week in advance. Did not deliver product and did not contact me or recipient about the order. Charged my credit card for the full amount. When contacted to ask the status of the order, they did not answer the phone. Eventually responded to email. Said they ran out of flowers and didn't bother to deliver. If they had contacted me, I would have ordered from a reputable company. They refused compensation, no apology. Checked other reviews and this is a common complaint. They charge your credit card and don't bother to deliver the item ordered. Customer service is clueless and rude.

Challenge that charge through your credit card company immediately. You can at least get your money back.
